The European Union is planning to take advantage of the absence of Russian and Chinese Presidents at the G20 Summit to be held over the weekend in New Delhi. Bloomberg reported that the EU will try to engage Africa and reach out to the nations of the Global South in absence of Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping.
